Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on July 26, 2021 found that Independent Life Home Care & Concierge Solutions had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on June 17, 2021.
